New Man in Charge??

I've heard from a reliable source that Russ Grimm might be the Lion's new head coach next year...

Heaven knows we need someone with such an offensive background. My questions are

-Will we have the players to pull anything off?

-How many Lions will fall to injury in the pre-season? (just to avoid another great year with the club...)

-WHY is Matt Millen still making these decisions???
